Meet Jerri
With over 25 years of real estate experience, I’ve proudly served home buyers and sellers across the Triad area since becoming a licensed Real Estate Agent in 1998. As a lifelong resident of North Carolina, my deep roots and local knowledge allow me to guide clients seamlessly through every step of their real estate journey.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide variety of clients — from first-time homebuyers and investors to corporate relocations, new construction buyers, growing families, and those ready to downsize. No matter the stage of life, I understand that every client’s needs are unique, and I’m dedicated to helping them achieve their goals with honesty, care, and expertise.
I’m fortunate to work alongside my husband, Alan, and our daughter, Kayla, who grew up joining me at showings and is now a Real Estate Agent, wife, and mother herself. Our family has grown to include four adult children and four wonderful grandchildren, ranging from toddlers to teenagers. These life experiences have shaped my ability to relate to clients at every stage of life and understand what truly matters when finding or selling a home.
Over a decade ago, we formed Banner Team Properties, a close-knit group of hardworking Real Estate Agent who share our values of teamwork, integrity, and exceptional client service.
